Hi! My name is Kim! I am a busy mom of 4 wonderful teenagers who has been very lucky to be able to work from home. I have found though that after sitting at my computer for long periods of time for work that I need to get up and moving and so my favorite workout involves power walking and running. I love eating tossed green salads topped with tomatos, cucumbers, & mushrooms. I also enjoy a bowl of stir-fry vegetables on top of a small amount of brown rice. When I hit my goal I am going to treat myself to a new pair of smaller size jeans!
